This hotel impressed me with its exceptional service. the staff, including Munzir and Nanda, were professional and knowledgeable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location was fantastic, surrounded by various amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. the room service and in-room breakfast were top-notch, offering a variety of options for a delightful dining experience. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Overall, the staff's excellent service and the convenient location made my stay worthwhile.

One area for improvement would be to increase the vegan options on the menu. While the dining experience was enjoyable, having more plant-based choices would cater to a wider range of guests.

I chose this hotel for a convocation and was impressed by the dedicated team of event planners who ensured seamless events in innovative meeting rooms accommodating up to 1,400 people. The central location was perfect for business and the 15 state-of-the-art meeting rooms with premium services were conducive to productivity.

The one service I missed for my work was a reliable and efficient internet connection.

The bathroom was amazing with a separate WC, twin hand wash basins, and a large wet room comprising a bathtub and a rainfall shower with a handheld spray. It felt like a luxurious spa experience for me and my family.

I personally found the view from the room a bit less exciting than I expected.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the convenience of its location. It was great to be able to walk outside and have a variety of restaurants and shops to choose from. Additionally, the internal restaurants in the hotel were also very nice. Another aspect that I really appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always asking if I needed anything and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We also found supermarkets nearby where we could buy food and souvenirs. our one-week stay in Millennium Plaza was enjoyable and stress-free.

This hotel is located in a really good area, right in the center and at Sheikh Zayed Road. It's convenient to have two metro stations nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff provides excellent service and pays exceptional attention to detail. The rooms are well-maintained, and the housekeeping team ensures they are clean and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. I also appreciated the access to the executive lounge, which added an extra level of convenience and comfort. The breakfast included in the value for money was incredible, with a variety of options and the best croissants I have tasted outside of France.

The Crowne Fitness gym was impeccable, with top-of-the-line cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights. I was able to maintain my workout routine effortlessly, ensuring I stayed energized and focused throughout my stay.

There were some outlets which are not working from time to time.

As young people, we loved the central location and proximity to the metro and World Trade Centre. The views of the Museum of Future were breathtaking.
